MC/producer/songwriter Don Cash burst onto the scene in 2004 with a series of classic CD-Rs that won him the attention of LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and saw him described as a “21st century icon” by The Fader Magazine.
His 2007 European debut release Don Cash II –which cannily foreshadowed the current electro fixation in rap circles — received rave reviews in NME, i-D magazine and The Independent, while he was described as simply “King” in the Sunday Times of London.
