MC/producer/songwriter Don Cash burst onto the scene in 2004 with a series of classic CD-Rs that won him the attention of LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and saw him described as a “21st century icon” by The Fader Magazine.
His 2007 European debut release Don Cash II –which cannily foreshadowed the current electro fixation in rap circles — received rave reviews in NME, i-D magazine and The Independent, while he was described as simply “King” in the Sunday Times of London. A Toronto native, Don Cash’s highly anticipated full length URBNET debut Freshy Fresh is out on the streets May 11 2010.

I have never heard of this artist before but I’m liking this song.
Justin Reinstein (aka J Hype) is known in the music industry as co-owner of the production company Mental Instruments and for his progressive work with Lee Carr, Brandon Hines, Sammie, Nipsey Hu$$le as well as many others. He has now taken the step to branch out as an artist. He is currently working on an experimental new r&b/rock sound, with a project coming in the near future. One of the first leaks, “Make Her Mine” (featuring AC) is just a small glimpse of what’s to come from this talented artist/writer/producer.
This song is a few years old but I had to post it again.
“Everybody love that saying what goes around comes around…. The reason why y’all felt that way cuz y’all vindictive.”
Shoutout to Real Frequency
