If you drive a Ferrari, a Lambo,….it’s not enough
– Greg Street when asked how much the collection is worth
2 AMAZING 15 min+ video(s) for everyone to check of Mr. Greg Street’s shoe game. Big shouts to TheShoeGame.com for putting these 2 videos out. I can’t even fathom owning some of these shoes. Check the BOX types of the shoes, they’re all OG (original) pairs. No Retro’s, no re-releases….this is one of the most extensive, exclusive, and rare collections to be shown on video next to the Shoezeum. Check out all the Dunks, AF1′s, NB’s, Blazers, Jordans, etc. I get super excited watching these but also extremely envious

The Air Jordan V ‘Wolf Grey’ drops next Saturday (14th) at your local Foot Locker and wherever you usually cop your Jordans. This colourway of the V features a ‘Wolf Grey’ suede upper and a icy blue translucent sole which retails for $189.99. Hit the jump for the rest of this week’s Sneakers Corner featuring ANOTHER version of the Zoom Kobe VI this time paying homage to Kobe’s favorite soccer team also an ‘Aqua’ Nike Dunk SB and other dope kicks!
Although the Knicks are down 3-0 to the Celtics we have an epic game 4 ahead of us despite whether Amare is sore and Billups is out (damn). But with that we have Jordan Brand’s special packaged (supposedly 21 only made) Melo M7 Advance. Paying tribute to Melo returning home to NY (and playing in Brooklyn in a couple years) these were specially made and given out to a few special media outlets also pairs given to Melo’s family and friends. Hit the jump for this weeks edition of Sneakers Corner.
The Jordan 7 ‘Bordeaux’ dropped today and (should have) sold out at most locations. We currently only have 1 (size 8..come get it) left sitting at the store and the price is a cool $189.99. The big kicker behind this release is that this colorway hasn’t been Retro’d EVER since its original release in ’92. Hit the jump for this weeks post showcasing some of the nicest kicks that dropped or are dropping soon.
D Wade got his own signature Jordan show finally! Unfortunately the Air Jordan 2011′s he’s been rockin’ lately look better but do they FEEL better? The Fly Wade has an all Phylon midsole along with a combination of Zoom & Max Air….in regular words that means its 13 ounces and more comfortable than whatever your wearing now. They were unveiled recently in Miami where Jordan Brand held a tiny event and 4 upcoming colorways were displayed. Hit the jump for a few flicks along with release date info and some other nice flicks of dope kicks.
I decided to go with a really sweet video that popped up on Sole Collector earlier this week. The first 1:30 is just showing is what was apparently only half the line but the rest of the video is just pure heaven for any sneakerhead. An HD vid of the dopest, most rare, most exclusive kicks being sold. SneakerCon is held every year in New York City. Something exactly like this needs to happen in Ontario.
….Mike aka Type X was in attendance and provided us with a little recap coverage for those who couldn’t make it out and for those who’d like to relive it. First up is a high-definition video Mike shot at the event. To put into perspective how packed the joint was, the first minute and a half of the clip is a sped-up look at what he says was only half of the line waiting to get in. Inside the building, all kinds of sneaker heat and apparel from fellow collectors and upstart businesses for you to enjoy.
This week we got a few retro releases including the Foamposite One’s, Jordan VII’s and also some new kicks and a new colorway of the Air Jordan 2011 which you see here. NCAA March Madness has begun and unless you live under a rock you know that MJ went to UNC and of course the entire basketball program at the University of North Carolina is sponsored by Jordan Brand. This colorway accents the ‘University Blue’ we’ve come to know & love.
Hit the jump for the Pewter/Black Foamposite One’s, Orion Blue VII’s, Nike Air Max JR’s, and ANOTHER new colorway of the Zoom Kobe VI.
