When Facebook implemented Fan Pages, you needed a minimum of 1000 members before you can claim a “Vanity” url.
For example the url for my  Fan page was www.facebook.com/pages/The-Come-Up-Show/267853944712?ref=mf

All you have to do is facebook connect, it searches all your facebook friends who have twitter and adds them.
