New Tigallo! Phonte just dropped the visuals for the 9th Wonder-produced “The Life Of Kings”, off his solid latest album Charity Starts At Home. Phonte’s mom steals the show in this one, making a guest appearance and spitting Evidence’s verse. This comes as the third video off the album, after “Dance In The Reign” and my personal favourite “The Good Fight“. Be sure to also check out Chedo’s recent interview with Phonte and 9th Wonder. Check out the visuals for “The Life Of Kings” below.

Kardinal Offishall recently dropped the visuals for the Nottz-produced “Kill Shot”, off the A.M.T.R.I.M. (Allow Me To Re-Introduce Myself) album. Over Nottz’ chops, Kardinal provokes thought about gun use, both condemning its irresponsible use as well as acknowledging its purpose as a means of protection and self-defense. No release date yet on A.M.T.R.I.M. Check out the visuals for “Kill Shot” below.
“Guns have no education, no capability to reason, no love, no hate and no remorse. If you wish to decrease the senseless murders, increase the love and education in our neighbourhoods… guns don’t kill anybody – people kill people!” – Kardinal Offishall

Let me start off by saying if you haven’t already gotten your hands on No Handouts, do yourself a huge favour and download it. Fresh off the release of No Handouts JD Era drops the first set of visuals from the project. JD kills it as always, this time over some hard hitting Lex Lugar production. The video directed by CartelFilm, features JD showing us some a lot of product, as well as a comedic cameo by the man in charge, Raekwon. JD Era is definitely smoking good. Check out the video below.

The Chicago crew known as the 2008ighties has recently come together with their first group offering “The Fellowship”. As a group they are the BRKF$T Club, and as a group they make some dope music. The video directed by the boys themselves, “Shot, Directed & Edited by us…nigga”, takes on the That 70′s Show concept getting the crew together in a “Forman’s basement” type set-up. The video dropped last week and the mp3 was promised to be released after 10k views, so here it is. Remember this is only the first offering from BRKF$T Club, so be sure to check back as they’re bound to be coming together more often for some good vibes as heard on the Julian Malone & Sani produced “The Fellowship”. Peep the video and be sure to download below.

Sese just dropped the visuals today for “Take 1″, featuring SonReal. Produced by 2oolman and Big Pops, “Take 1″ is yet another testament to the progression of Sese and SonReal. I’m excited for both of these Canadian dudes’ futures. On another note, Sese’s sweatshirt is too sick! Be sure to check The Come Up Show as SonReal and Sese drop new projects in the coming months. SonReal’s Words I Said drops April 25th, and Sese’s Age of Aquarius drops in June. SonReal’s free album Good News is also coming soon. Check out the visuals for “Take 1″ below.

If you regularly visit The Come Up Show website and pay attention to the scene then you definitely know who Richie is. Check out the interview below.

The TDE takeover is in no way slowing down. Ab-Soul drops off his latest visual for “Pineal Gland”, directed by Fredo Tovar and Scott Fleishman of APLUS Filmz. This track will be featured on Ab-Soul’s upcoming mixtape Control System, set for release on May 11. If the rest of Control System is anything similar to what we get from “Pineal Gland”, this mixtape may just be the release that Ab needs to get a lot of much deserved attention and exposure. The Come Up Show has been a fan of Ab-Soul for a while now, especially after Chedo’s opportunity to interview him a couple times last year in April and July. He showed that aside from his musical talents, Ab is also a stand up guy. So be sure to check out the interviews and enjoy the video below.
